  • Contact you regarding current matters, including the execution of agreements between us and your employer/entity you represent, presenting offers, receiving orders, and responding to inquiries. The legal basis for processing data is our legitimate interest in the ability to maintain ongoing contact with our contractors (i.e., their employees/collaborators).

  • Defend against potential claims or pursue any claims related to the agreement with the entity where you work or represent, i.e., our contractor – if a dispute arises concerning the agreement. From your employer/entity you represent, we receive data such as your full name, work phone number, email address, place of work, position, or information about the type of matters you deal with.

Your personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors who will provide services to your employer/entity you represent, as well as to law firms with whom we collaborate.

17. Recruitment

Purpose of data processing: conducting recruitment for the Administrator’s collaborators.

Place of collecting personal data: the website and associated social media profiles such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • The legal provision (Article 22[1] § 1 of the Labor Code) – regarding the following data:
    • First name and last name,
    • Names of parents,
    • Date of birth,
    • Residential address (correspondence address),
    • Education,
    • Employment history.
  • Your consent to process the data provided in your CV and cover letter, if you provide us with data other than those specified in Article 22[1] § 1 of the Labor Code above (e.g., phone number and email address), or when you provide your personal data when applying for a position involving cooperation with the Administrator on a basis other than an employment contract.
  • Our legitimate interest – regarding data collected during the job interview and the results of qualification tests. We have a legitimate interest in assessing your skills and abilities – this is necessary for us to evaluate whether you are the right person for the position we are recruiting for.

Personal data is not transferred to other recipients.

Your data may be transferred to a third country in a situation where they are processed using cloud tools, the disk space of which may be located on servers outside the EEA, or if the email administrator you use in contacts with the Administrator operates servers physically located outside the EEA.

We will store your personal data until the end of the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. However, if you have given separate consent for the processing of data for future recruitment purposes, we will store your data until the consent is withdrawn, but not longer than 5 years from the date of collection.

18. Processing of personal data in the case of photographs.

Photographs containing your image are stored on servers owned by Zenbox sp. z o.o. located in Częstochowa and are available to the Administrator. Photographs may also be stored in the “sent messages” folder on the Zenbox account, which is available to the Administrator.
Providing personal data, i.e., sharing your image, is voluntary, but not providing them (i.e., not sharing your image) prevents the taking of the photograph.

19. Use of plugins for integration with other services.

For some content on our Website, social media plugins for platforms such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn are used. With these features, you can share specific content with friends on these social media platforms or recommend it.

When using these social media plugins, such as the Facebook “Like” button, Google+ button, or Twitter, personal data may be collected by these social media platforms in the manner described below.

When browsing content on our Website that includes integrated social media plugins, the social media platform establishes a direct connection with the search engine. As a result, the social media platform receives, among other things, information that you have visited us from a particular IP address or device ID. This happens regardless of whether you are currently logged in or registered on the social media platform.

If you are simultaneously logged in to a particular social media platform, the platform automatically associates your visits to the site with your profile. Also, when you use social media plugins and recommend an article or other content, the social media platform may associate this information with your profile. If you do not want the social media platform to attribute your visit to our pages to your specific user account, you should log out of the platform while using our services.

We would like to point out that data collected in connection with social media plugins may only be exchanged between your search engine and the operator of the social media platform. We have no knowledge of the content of the data being collected and transferred. The administrator reserves the right to change and update the Privacy Policy. Whenever we make changes, we will publish a new version of the privacy policy on our website.
